LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Incheon seeks a Logistics Specialist with import, inventory control and customs expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end inbound shipments, including express couriers, ensuring customs compliance and adherence to internal control standards.
- Manage special regulatory import processes (e.g., CITES) including documentation, submission and stakeholder follow-up.
- Execute and troubleshoot AX–WMS interface and ensure accurate “Send to WMS” processes.
- Plan and oversee bonded warehouse activities, rework scheduling and progress monitoring.
- Implement and maintain stock accuracy controls: daily inventory adjustments, discrepancy investigations and weekly/monthly reporting.
- Coordinate bi-annual stock takes with vendors and internal teams; support on-site counting and result validation.
- Manage monthly disposal schedules, maintain documentation and report inventory adjustments to stakeholders.
- Support and coordinate global safety targets and activities (I-Audit, Care Card, Near Miss); deliver regular safety training and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Maintain ISO 14001 compliance through training, corrective actions and audit coordination.
- Own monthly closing for import logistics costs and prepare remittance documentation for Finance.
- Deliver operational reporting and KPIs (PO closing, lead time, FTA savings) and manage import tax invoice collection and filing.
- Govern external vendor performance via KPI reviews and monthly meetings, tracking action plans to improve service and compliance.
Qualifications
- University degree; major in supply chain, logistics or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics, import operations or supply chain; multinational or high-SKU environment preferred.
- Proven experience with customs clearance processes and bonded warehouse operations.
- Demonstrable numerical accuracy and strong analytical capability to investigate inventory variances and drive resolution.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management across internal teams and external vendors.
- Fluent Korean and business-level English (spoken and written).
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of relevant logistics or import experience, ideally gained in a multinational or high-volume SKU environment. Experience should include customs clearance, bonded warehouse coordination, use of ERP/WMS systems, inventory control and management of external vendor performance.
Education
Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or a closely related field preferred.
