LVMH Beauty Iberia — Logistics Intern in Madrid. Internship supporting SAP‑based 3PL supply chain operations and inventory analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse inventory levels, identify discrepancies and propose improvements to optimise stock management across the 3PL network.
- Identify, track and resolve SAP integration failures (IDOCs) to ensure seamless system communication and operational continuity.
- Support daily supply chain operations, including order processing, stock movements and coordination with external 3PL partners.
- Contribute to KPI measurement and reporting, preparing data summaries and ad hoc analyses to inform operational decisions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (warehouse, planning, sales) to diagnose issues and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Enrolled master’s student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a closely related field with ability to sign a university internship agreement for at least six months, full‑time.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (C1–C2) both written and spoken.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Office 365 applications.
- Practical knowledge or coursework with SAP (MM, SD or WM modules); familiarity with IDOC processes is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, proactive team player with adaptability to changing priorities.
