Legal M&A internship at LVMH Paris (8th arrondissement), 6-month position starting July 2027. Support corporate transactions and multijurisdictional deals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with M&A operations including legal due diligence, transaction structuring, and preparation of signing and closing documents
- Support drafting and negotiation of acquisition and disposal agreements, shareholder pacts, commercial and distribution contracts
- Coordinate with external French and international legal counsel on multi-jurisdictional matters
- Prepare regulatory and legislative monitoring reports and summaries on evolving case law in corporate and contract law
- Conduct ad-hoc legal research and provide translation services as required
Qualifications
- Candidate for the Bar entrance examination (CRFPA) or Master's 2 student in Business Law or General Private Law
- First significant internship in the M&A department of a law firm
- Exceptional written and oral communication in legal English
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with demonstrated intellectual curiosity

Experience
First significant internship in an M&A practice at a professional law firm, with exposure to transaction work and legal documentation.
Education
Candidate for the Bar entrance examination (CRFPA) or Master's 2 degree in Business Law or General Private Law. Dual qualification (IEP, business school, or LL.M.) appreciated.
