LVMH Métiers d'Art is seeking a Legal Assistant Intern to support the Legal Director with contract management, subsidiary corporate matters, industrial contracts and legal research. This full-time, on-site internship is based in Paris's 2nd arrondissement, lasts six months and starts in January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

• Review, draft and manage various contracts relating to site operations, including confidentiality agreements, service agreements and supplier contracts.
• Review subsidiary corporate documents, including annual account approvals and management-body composition, and monitor the administrative affairs of French and foreign subsidiaries.
• Provide operational support in drafting industrial contracts of all types.
• Conduct cross-functional legal research in contract law, commercial law, consumer law and environmental law, and prepare corresponding summary notes.

Qualifications

• Law student preparing for the bar and/or holder of a Master 2 degree in private law, business law or DJCE.
• A first experience (internship or apprenticeship) in a company legal department or law firm is strongly preferred.
• Fluent English; Italian and/or Spanish is a strong advantage.
• Good command of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Rigor, curiosity, agility, dynamism, excellent team spirit and strict respect for confidentiality.
