Role & Responsibilities

  • Complete a structured three‑month theoretical and practical training programme delivered by the Robans internal academy in collaboration with LVMH Métiers d'Art.
  • Learn and apply fundamental sewing and cutting techniques specific to leather garment production, including pattern placement and preparation of pieces for assembly.
  • Operate and maintain production machinery under supervision: sewing machines, buttonhole machines (asolatrici), and overlock/serger (taglia e cuci).
  • Perform manual finishing tasks and hand‑refinement operations to ensure high standards of quality and fit.
  • Collaborate with in‑house production teams, respecting deadlines, quality targets and production workflows.
  • Contribute to day‑to‑day operational support activities and follow safety and handling procedures for leather materials.
