LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics (Iberia) — Learning & HR Intern in Madrid. Six-month internship supporting L&D and HR operations.
Overview

Role & Responsibilities
- Support coordination and logistical planning of training sessions, workshops and development initiatives across field and central teams.
- Assist in mobilizing, following up and maintaining the company training plan and related documentation.
- Track, compile and analyse training KPIs and data to evaluate programme effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Manage and update training databases and the internal Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support administration of Fundae procedures and liaise with external consultancy partners.
- Provide general HR administrative support including travel and expenses, preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Contribute to ad hoc HR projects and events, ensuring high standards of organisation and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Eligible to sign a 6-month full-time internship agreement through an accredited university.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- High attention to detail, strong organisational and planning skills, discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive problem-solver with adaptability and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Experience
Entry-level — suitable for students or recent graduates with little or no professional HR experience; prior exposure to HR or learning & development activities is a plus.
Education
BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (in progress or recently completed). Must be eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university.
