Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute internal training sessions in liaison with external providers: manage communications with providers, reserve training spaces and inform participants.
- Manage employee enrolments for each course in the training plan: identify appropriate external programmes, register participants and coordinate administrative processes (training agreements, invoices).
- Support the management of the corporate training plan: maintain the LMS, produce and update dashboards, and monitor training budgets.
- Consolidate reporting related to learning activity: contribute to the annual training report, social report (bilan social) and activity reports for the Works Council (CSE).
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers, participating in the end‑to‑end training lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources degree or a business school with HR specialisation (apprenticeship track).
- First practical experience in Human Resources or learning & development (internship or similar) is desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and confident use of PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- High level of rigour, attention to detail and a data‑oriented approach; proactive, adaptable and operationally focused.

Experience
Beginner level: candidate should be a student on an apprenticeship programme with prior internship or initial experience in HR, ideally exposed to Learning & Development activities.
Education
Enrolled in a higher education programme in Human Resources or a business school with a specialisation in HR (Bachelor's or Master's level preferred) on an apprenticeship contract.
