LVMH Learning & Development Intern, Paris 8ème | 6-month internship supporting global leadership programs and talent development initiatives from January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support program and event logistics for training initiatives across EMEA, APAC, and US regions, coordinating with cross-functional teams
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for planning, scheduling, and delivery of leadership programs, workshops, and executive meetings
  • Analyze program data including participant demographics and feedback surveys with quantitative and qualitative components to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Develop data-driven presentations and recommendations for leadership program stakeholders based on analytical insights
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to brainstorm innovative approaches, tools, and directions for management and leadership programs
  • Support content development including presentation materials, proofreading, copy editing, and communication strategy execution
  • Plan and execute multi-channel communication strategies promoting LVMH House programs and events across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats
  • Research, write, and publish content for internal stakeholders and the Group's Learning & Development community

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently completed Master's degree (M2) in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Fluent English with native speaker proficiency strongly preferred; French language skills appreciated
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication with ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel) with design software experience (Canva, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro X appreciated)
  • Familiarity with digital communication platforms and intranet tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, LinkedIn, LumApps)
  • Exceptional attention to detail with proven copy editing and proofreading experience
  • Experience or demonstrated aptitude with digital collaboration channels and workplace tools

Experience

Beginner-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Prior internship experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or organizational communications is advantageous but not required. Exposure to program management, data analysis, or corporate communications environments is valued.

Education

Enrolled in or recently completed Master's degree (M2) in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or equivalent discipline.
