LVMH Learning & Development Coordination Intern in Paris 8th arrondissement — support training operations within the luxury sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support internal expert interventions during integration seminars and corporate events
  • Anticipate upcoming training sessions and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
  • Confirm session logistics with external providers, including scheduling, practical arrangements, and detailed run-of-show
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of training programmes by integrating participant feedback, emerging pedagogical trends, and identified organisational needs
  • Manage registration and cancellation requests whilst ensuring participant invitations are distributed and provider confirmations are secured
  • Maintain and update digitised training files, including receipt and organisation of programmes, quotations, agreements, and attendance records
  • Prepare materials and documentation in advance of each session; oversee room setup and technical arrangements
  • Welcome facilitators and participants on the day of delivery
  • Participate in the Learning France Committee meetings and Teams channel communications
  • Support the organisation of post-training events and follow-up initiatives
  • Analyse programme data—including feedback, satisfaction metrics, and attendance—using digital tools and AI to identify improvement opportunities and optimise training effectiveness
  • Present data findings in clear, professional formats for team meetings and strategic discussions
  • Contribute to the development of reporting formats, including the World Wide Training Report
  • Support training budget management by recording logistical cost refacturations across Maisons

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3/+4) or equivalent qualification

  • Demonstrated initiative and anticipatory mindset
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, ADP)
