LVMH — Learning & Development Coordination Intern in Paris (8th arrondissement). Internship supporting training logistics, administration and data analysis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistical and administrative aspects of LVMH House France training programmes from planning through post-session follow-up.
  • Act as the on-site contact for trainers and participants: prepare materials, ensure room setup, welcome contributors and manage session flow.
  • Manage registrations and communications: process sign-ups/cancellations, issue invitations and confirm practical arrangements with external providers.
  • Maintain and update digital training files and records (programmes, quotes, conventions, attendance sheets).
  • Contribute to the evolution of training programmes by integrating feedback, new pedagogical trends and identified needs.
  • Analyse programme data (feedback, satisfaction rates) using digital and AI tools and produce clear presentations for team meetings.
  • Support the preparation of internal reporting (e.g., global training reports) and assist with training budget tracking and cost recharges to Maisons.
  • Participate in Learning France committee activities and support post-training events and communications (Teams channel animation, event logistics).

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recently completed Bac+3 / Bac+4 (Bachelor’s or first-year Master’s) in HR, Learning & Development, Business, Communications or related discipline.
  • Excellent organisational rigour, responsiveness, adaptability and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable representing the programme with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and capacity to embody LVMH values: creativity, innovation, excellence and entrepreneurial mindset.

Experience
