Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics and practical organisation for learning programmes and integration seminars, ensuring smooth delivery before, during and after sessions.
- Liaise with internal experts, external providers and cross‑Maison stakeholders to confirm schedules, modalities and on‑site requirements.
- Manage participant registrations and cancellations, send invitations, collect attendance sheets and maintain up‑to‑date digital training files (programmes, quotes, contracts).
- Prepare classroom materials and ensure rooms are set up appropriately; welcome trainers and participants on the day of the session.
- Contribute to the evolution of training programmes by integrating feedback and emerging pedagogical trends.
- Collect, analyse and visualise programme data (feedback, satisfaction rates) using digital tools and AI to identify improvement opportunities and produce clear presentations for team meetings.
- Support the preparation of training reports (e.g. World Wide Training Report) and assist with training budget administration, including billing recharges to Maisons.
- Participate in the Learning France committee and support post‑training event organisation and Teams channel animation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Bac+3 / Bac+4 (equivalent bachelor's) programme in HR, management, education, business or related field.
- Strong organisational rigour, proactivity and ability to anticipate operational needs.
- Excellent written communication and good oral presentation skills.
- Team‑oriented, adaptable and comfortable interacting with stakeholders at different levels.
- Attention to detail and ability to represent LVMH values: creativity, innovation, excellence and entrepreneurial spirit.
