LVMH Fragrance Brands: Labor Relations Specialist apprenticeship in Levallois-Perret, France. One-year contract beginning September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support preparation and organization of employee representative elections and meetings with workplace bodies (CSEC and Central Commissions)
  • Coordinate negotiations with labor unions and ensure proper documentation of agreements and follow-up actions
  • Draft and format company and establishment-level collective agreements
  • Contribute to HR dashboards and social climate metrics (social report, professional equality index, BDESE updates)
  • Conduct social and legislative research and benchmarking studies
  • Participate in HR projects related to RSE, diversity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Advise the HR community on employment law—both collective and individual
  • Develop content and analysis on labor law developments and their organizational impact

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (M2) in labor law and human resources
  • Prior internship or apprenticeship experience as an employment law specialist or labor relations officer
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong team collaboration and interpersonal abilities
