Role & Responsibilities

  • Collect, consolidate and analyse weekly and monthly sales data from retailers and prepare ad-hoc commercial analyses.
  • Monitor market trends, product performance and channel-specific sales to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Contribute to the design, development and automation of dashboards and KPI reporting for the France commercial organisation.
  • Prepare commercial presentations and business review materials to support Key Account Managers and the sales team.
  • Conduct market studies and competitive analyses to inform commercial plans and activations.
  • Support Key Account Managers during client meetings and follow up on e‑retail activations on a weekly basis.
  • Monitor stock levels and weekly retailer out-of-stock reports; assist with order and replenishment tracking in liaison with the innovation plan.
  • Participate in sell‑in / sell‑out forecasting and track product flow during promotional campaigns (e.g., coffret performance).
  • Act as a communicator between head office and field teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a business school, university or equivalent (Bac+4/5) with a specialisation in commerce, marketing or equivalent.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis; ability to interpret quantitative results and synthesise findings.
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a strong advantage.
  • Rigour, organisational discipline and a methodical approach to data handling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, autonomy and a collaborative mindset.
  • Genuine interest in the beauty industry and commercial dynamics.

Experience

Entry-level; suitable for students with little or no prior professional experience. Relevant coursework, internships or project work in commercial analytics or marketing will be considered positively.
