Key Account Manager position at Givenchy (LVMH) in London. Manage UK retail partnerships, develop commercial strategy, and lead account teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute strategic vision for assigned retailers, outlining ambitious objectives for sales, profit, and brand image whilst identifying key initiatives to achieve these targets
  • Establish and monitor budget investment, trading terms, and profitability metrics for each account to ensure sustainable business growth
  • Develop, present, and negotiate annual Commercial Agreements and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with retail partners, ensuring quarterly progress reviews and plan adaptation
  • Define retail and wholesale targets and conduct monthly performance reviews against established benchmarks and forecasts
  • Secure appropriate product allocation and inventory management for new launches, analysing sell-in and sell-through metrics across key projects
  • Manage retailer relationships across headquarters and key store locations, acting as primary contact for all Givenchy communications
  • Coordinate cross-functional engagement plans to enhance Givenchy's brand reputation within retail partners, liaising with Trading, Operations, Marketing, CRM, Online, Supply Chain, and Staffing departments
  • Support, coach, and develop the Key Account Executive team member, establishing annual objectives and providing performance feedback in accordance with company processes
  • Collaborate with regional sales leadership to identify staffing opportunities, local action plans, and store-level brand positioning initiatives
  • Present retail and trade marketing plans at sales conferences and strategy meetings, securing field team support and driving execution of retail initiatives
  • Anticipate market fluctuations and performance challenges, developing and delivering mitigation proposals to manage business risks
  • Ensure financial compliance and monthly resolution of underpayments whilst maintaining accurate internal trackers and budget alignment
  • Build peer networks across LVMH brands to leverage cross-brand insights and best practices

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in beauty or luxury goods industries
  • Proven expertise in Key Account Management with demonstrated success in UK retail environment
  • Strong understanding of and genuine appreciation for luxury goods positioning and heritage
  • Personal affinity with the Givenchy brand and its market positioning
  • Experience producing trade marketing and category-level promotional plans
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and comfort with enterprise sales/reporting systems
  • Track record of cross-functional collaboration and relationship building across multiple departments
  • Senior management potential with demonstrated capacity for strategic influence and organisational impact
