Key Account Manager at Givenchy (LVMH), London. Build strategic retail partnerships, manage JBPs, and drive sales growth in luxury beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic vision for assigned retailers, establishing ambitious objectives for sales growth, profitability, and brand elevation, and coordinate cross-functional functions to ensure alignment around retailer needs and long-term objectives
- Establish and monitor budget investment, trading terms, and conditions to drive business growth and ensure profitability per account, while negotiating annual Commercial Agreements aligned with annual budgets
- Develop and implement retailers' specific Joint Business Plans (JBPs), reviewing progress quarterly with retail partners and adapting plans to ensure delivery of agreed targets
- Define retail and wholesale performance targets, review monthly performance metrics, and anticipate challenges to develop mitigation proposals and maintain profitable growth trajectories
- Establish and cultivate key relationships with retailers' headquarters and key store teams, serving as the primary contact for all communications and developing engagement plans across Trading, Operations, Marketing, CRM, Online, and Supply Chain functions
- Prepare and present sales strategy documents and retailer-specific strategies at company conferences and with retail partners to secure buy-in and support from field teams
- Secure appropriate allocation and sell-in for new product launches and review sell-in and sell-through performance of key projects to maximize retail opportunities
- Analyze sales forecasting, stock levels, and returns data to inform strategy refinement and drive performance against annual retailer objectives
- Coach, develop, and support the Key Account Executive team member, setting annual performance objectives, monitoring progress, and providing feedback in accordance with company performance management processes
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure all accounts are in line with budget, underpayments are cleared monthly, and internal tracking systems are maintained accurately
- Build and leverage a peer network across other LVMH brands to strengthen organizational capability and identify cross-brand opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the beauty or luxury goods industry
- Demonstrated expertise in Key Account Management with proven success in managing large retail partnerships
- Experience managing UK retailers and established relationships within the luxury retail landscape
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and commercial software systems
- Strong understanding of trade marketing planning and execution
- Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders

Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the beauty or luxury goods industry. Demonstrated expertise in Key Account Management with proven track record in managing large retail partnerships. Substantial experience with UK retailers and the luxury goods sector required.
