Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Fully integrate into daily Key Account Management and Business Analysis activities, from strategic customer planning through to product launches.
  • Prepare ad‑hoc analyses, sales reports and maintain commercial data integrity.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and contribute to the holistic management of key retail accounts.
  • Design clear, data‑driven presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Independently develop analytical projects with direct operational impact.
  • Support the strategic development of key accounts and assist with stakeholder management.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an advanced Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business Administration (BWL) or a related discipline.
  • Availability for a full‑time, six‑month internship beginning 01 July 2026.
  • Ideally some prior practical exposure to sales or account management, or a demonstrable strong interest in the area.
  • Highly structured, results‑oriented working style with perseverance and strong initiative.
  • Fluent German (negotiation level) and very good English skills.
  • Passion for the luxury beauty sector and the product universes of Givenchy / Kenzo.

Experience

Beginner — currently enrolled in a relevant university programme; previous internships or entry‑level experience in sales, account management or business analysis is advantageous but not required.

Education
