Junior Retail Trainer at LVMH Fragrance Brands in Düsseldorf. Coordinate training for Givenchy and Kenzo retail teams across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of annual training and communication plans for the field team
  • Coordinate and deliver physical field team trainings and digital training formats such as livestreams
  • Conduct retail in-store trainings in key retail doors to drive sales performance
  • Execute onboarding trainings for new field team members with emphasis on fragrance and brand storytelling
  • Plan regular store visits and monitor field team guidelines, communicating findings to Sales Development Managers
  • Track training KPIs and maintain training tools (MBP and MBT)
  • Support planning and execution of the Mystery Shopping Program to analyze field team sales performance
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Education and Field Team Coordinator, Sales Development Manager, and retail team
  • Adapt and localize training materials according to headquarters standards
  • Support retail events, conferences, product launches, and engagement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
  • First experience in retail, training, or beauty and luxury sectors
  • Passion for fragrance, storytelling, and customer experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organized, proactive, and practical mindset
  • Analytical skills and proficiency with performance data
  • Fluent German and English (additional languages advantageous)
