LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks a Junior HR Controller in Miami, FL to manage headcount reporting, workforce planning and HR analytics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and produce headcount (HC) and FTE reporting including actuals, forecasts and budget reconciliations.
  • Build and distribute regular HR dashboards and KPI reports covering headcount, hiring, vacancies and related workforce metrics.
  • Validate and reconcile HR data across systems and reporting files to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Perform variance analysis, identify data discrepancies or risks, and escalate issues to HR Controlling and Finance stakeholders.
  • Support annual workforce planning, budgeting and forecasting exercises in partnership with HR Business Partners and Finance.
  • Track approved positions, onboarding, leavers and internal mobility, and update workforce planning trackers aligned with financial assumptions.
  • Monitor HR-related costs in coordination with Finance and support compliance with internal reporting standards and audit requirements.
  • Prepare ad hoc HR data extracts and management reports and contribute to continuous improvement of HR controlling tools and processes.
  • Document HR controlling procedures, reporting standards and internal control evidence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in finance, controlling, audit, or HR/data reporting functions.
  • Proven proficiency in Excel, including formulas and pivot tables, and competent PowerPoint skills for presentations.
  • Exposure to HRIS or reporting platforms and working with large datasets.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and accuracy when handling numerical information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present findings to HR and Finance stakeholders.
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential employee and financial data.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and improve HR controlling processes.

Experience
