LVMH Parfums & Kosmetik Deutschland GmbH seeks a Junior HR Controller in Düsseldorf to support financial control, reporting, and HR operations in hybrid, full-time capacity.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the creation, revision, and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and workforce planning projections, including variance analysis and trend reporting
- Advise management, HR Business Partners, and Finance on opportunities and risks related to personnel costs and operational expenditures
- Prepare regular financial reports and conduct cost analyses to ensure transparent and efficient cost management across the HR function
- Analyze and consolidate financial and HR data to identify patterns and generate actionable insights
- Produce monthly and quarterly HR and financial reports, including headcount, FTE, and brand-specific reporting
- Develop and enhance dashboards and data visualizations to communicate performance metrics to stakeholders
- Maintain salary and compensation data within the HR management system with accuracy and timeliness
- Support audit activities, data collection initiatives, and stakeholder reconciliation processes
- Contribute to Compensation & Benefits analysis and evaluation projects
- Collaborate on HR Operations initiatives to drive process optimization and efficiency gains
- Identify and recommend digitalization opportunities and efficiency improvements within HR operations
- Assist with data collection and benchmarking against external standards
Qualifications
- Completed university degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification with a focus on Controlling and/or HR
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Controlling, HR Controlling, or a comparable function
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is a plus
- SAP system knowledge preferred
- Fluent in German and English; French language skills are a plus
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and financial metrics interpretation
- Foundational knowledge of project management methodologies
- Competence with digital tools and systems
- Experience in an international working environment, with demonstrated interest in cross-cultural collaboration
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Controlling, HR Controlling, or a comparable role. Prior exposure to an international working environment is valued.
Education
Completed university degree in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification with emphasis on Controlling and/or HR.
Workplace
The role is situated in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.
