LVMH Parfums & Cosmetics Germany seeks a Junior HR Controller in Düsseldorf — full-time, hybrid role focused on HR controlling, reporting and analytics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support preparation, revision and monitoring of HR budgets, forecasts and workforce planning; identify and explain variances and trends.
- Advise management, HR Business Partners and Finance on personnel cost risks and opportunities.
- Produce regular HR and financial reports (monthly/quarterly), including HC/FTE and brand-level reporting.
- Analyse and prepare HR and finance data to inform decision-making and cost control.
- Develop and enhance dashboards and visualisations to improve KPI transparency.
- Maintain payroll and salary data in the HR management system and support audits and data collections.
- Contribute to Compensation & Benefits analyses and benchmarking exercises.
- Support HR operations projects, help identify digitalisation and efficiency improvements, and assist with external benchmark data collection.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or equivalent with a focus on controlling and/or HR.
- Minimum of 1 year professional experience in controlling, HR-controlling or a closely related function.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI and SAP is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrable experience in financial and HR data analysis and reporting.
- Structured, autonomous working style with strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Interest in process optimisation, digital solutions and cross‑functional collaboration; international experience is a plus.

Experience
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in controlling, HR-controlling or a comparable finance/HR-analytical role; experience in an international environment is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or equivalent with a focus on controlling and/or HR.
