LVMH — Paris: Junior E‑commerce Experience Project Manager (Intern). Assist the Group Digital team to accelerate e‑commerce across maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Group Digital — E‑commerce Experience team in accelerating and harmonizing e‑commerce sites across LVMH maisons.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Maison stakeholders to raise e‑commerce capability and disseminate best practices.
- Assist managers in drafting recommendations and launching innovative e‑commerce projects.
- Document e‑commerce features, guidelines and playbooks to facilitate knowledge sharing across the Group.
- Conduct ad hoc market and Maison-specific studies to inform strategic projects and provide analytical frameworks.
- Prepare and help animate workshops, coordinate community activities and liaise between multiple interlocutors.
- Provide operational support to strategic and innovation projects to help consolidate a Group-level vision.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bac+5 / Master’s-level degree in Business, Management, Digital or a related discipline.
- First internship or initial professional experience in digital, e‑commerce or project coordination.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation aptitude.
- Proactive, quick learner, able to work autonomously and navigate complex, matrixed environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable adopting new digital tools.

Experience
Beginner — academic background with an initial internship or entry-level exposure to digital projects or project follow-up; prior knowledge of e‑commerce concepts preferred.
Education
Master’s degree in progress (Bac+5) in Business, Management, Digital or equivalent.
