LVMH — Paris: Junior E‑commerce Experience Project Manager (Intern). Assist the Group Digital team to accelerate e‑commerce across maisons.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Group Digital — E‑commerce Experience team in accelerating and harmonizing e‑commerce sites across LVMH maisons.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Maison stakeholders to raise e‑commerce capability and disseminate best practices.
  • Assist managers in drafting recommendations and launching innovative e‑commerce projects.
  • Document e‑commerce features, guidelines and playbooks to facilitate knowledge sharing across the Group.
  • Conduct ad hoc market and Maison-specific studies to inform strategic projects and provide analytical frameworks.
  • Prepare and help animate workshops, coordinate community activities and liaise between multiple interlocutors.
  • Provide operational support to strategic and innovation projects to help consolidate a Group-level vision.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bac+5 / Master’s-level degree in Business, Management, Digital or a related discipline.
  • First internship or initial professional experience in digital, e‑commerce or project coordination.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation aptitude.
  • Proactive, quick learner, able to work autonomously and navigate complex, matrixed environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable adopting new digital tools.

Experience
