Junior Controller role at LVMH Beauty in Düsseldorf, Germany. Full-time position managing financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes in accordance with IFRS standards, including preparation of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reporting
- Perform cost control and variance analysis between budgeted and actual results, presenting findings to management
- Develop and deliver management reporting packages and actionable recommendations to leadership and departmental teams
- Enhance and refine existing controlling instruments and reporting infrastructure
- Coordinate monthly reporting and consolidation submissions to the global headquarters
- Lead and oversee budget and forecasting cycles in collaboration with all business units and brand headquarters
- Support the organization in achieving strategic financial targets while maintaining brand alignment and departmental objectives
- Conduct ad-hoc investment analysis and profitability studies for project evaluation
- Prepare customer and point-of-sale profitability analyses
- Identify opportunities to optimize and automate operational and financial processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent financial discipline
- 1–2 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or controlling
- Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, specifically SAP
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel; Power BI experience is advantageous
- Fluent in German and English; French language skills are a plus
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative team orientation

Education
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
