Junior Controller at LVMH Parfums & Kosmetik in Düsseldorf, Germany. Full-time financial control role with IFRS reporting, budgeting, and analytics responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Monitor costs, conduct variance analysis between actual and budgeted figures, and present monthly results to management
- Generate targeted reports and analytical recommendations for management and individual business units
- Develop and enhance controlling instruments and reporting systems
- Coordinate monthly reporting submissions to LVMH headquarters
- Lead and coordinate budget and forecasting processes in alignment with business units and brand headquarters
- Support the team in achieving overall financial targets within strategic brand guidelines and departmental objectives
- Present budgets and forecasts to international headquarters and senior management
- Conduct investment appraisals and profitability analyses for projects
- Perform customer and point-of-sale profitability assessments
- Drive process optimization and automation initiatives
Qualifications
- Completed Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional experience in a financial control or accounting environment
- Proficiency in ERP and SAP systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Power BI experience is advantageous
- Fluent in German and English; French language skills are preferred
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and strong communication abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with collaborative working style

Education
Completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
