LVMH Parfums & Cosmetics Germany — Junior Controller in Düsseldorf (hybrid). IFRS reporting, budgeting and profitability analysis for international HQ.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and execute monthly, quarterly and year-end close processes under IFRS, including preparation of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting.
- Perform cost control, variance (budget vs. actual) analyses and escalate key findings to management with actionable recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver management reports and ad-hoc analyses for business units and international headquarters.
- Lead and coordinate budget and forecast cycles in alignment with functional teams and the brand’s HQ; present budgets to international top management.
- Develop and enhance controlling instruments, automate reporting processes and improve BI-driven insight delivery.
- Conduct investment appraisals and profitability analyses by customer and point of sale to support commercial decision-making.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in controlling, finance or accounting; prior international exposure is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/SAP and Business Intelligence tools.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus.
- Fluent German and English; French language skills are a plus.
- Analytical mindset, clear communication skills and strong team orientation.

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, financial reporting or accounting; experience in an international corporate environment is advantageous.
Education
Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a closely related discipline.
