LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics Junior Business Controller in Seoul | Financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports (Syrus, Orion) in compliance with HQ guidelines and accounting principles
- Conduct variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and provide strategic recommendations
- Establish, implement, and control multi-stage budgets (Budget, Revisions 1 & 2, Rolling Forecast, Landing) and develop 3-year and 5-year financial plans
- Generate monthly management performance reports and analyze counter P&L to optimize points of sale contribution and productivity
- Develop sales performance analyses and create evidence-based financial reports to support business decisions
- Manage capital expenditure (CAPEX) reporting and approval process follow-up
- Provide monthly sales outlooks and forecasts with increasing accuracy across current and subsequent months
- Execute day-to-day financial activities and deliver timely, accurate information on critical business issues
Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in General Accounting, Tax, and Audit
- CPA or AICPA certification (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in accounting systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English communication

Experience
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in general accounting, tax compliance, and audit functions within a financial or corporate environment, preferably in a luxury or fashion-related industry.
Education
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law; CPA or AICPA certification is advantageous.
