Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in compliance with HQ accounting principles, including Syrus and Orion system outputs and CAPEX reporting.
- Produce management performance reports and counter P&L analyses to optimise points‑of‑sale contribution and productivity.
- Establish, implement and control budgets (P&L, channel P&L, CAPEX, balance sheet) and participate in budget revisions, rolling forecasts and multi‑year planning.
- Perform sales outlooks and monthly sales estimates with a two‑month forward view to support operational decision‑making.
- Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs Budget), P&L analysis and ad hoc financial studies; present evidence‑based recommendations to management.
- Oversee day‑to‑day financial activities of the brand and provide timely, actionable guidance on critical financial issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Law.
- Minimum 3 years' professional experience in controlling, management accounting or general accounting within a commercial or retail environment.
- Proven competency in general accounting, tax and audit practices; prior exposure to CAPEX processes and P&L ownership.
- Accounting certification (CPA or AICPA) is advantageous.
- Excellent spoken and written English; strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to accuracy and the ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Law.
