LVMH Watches & Jewelry seeks IT Technical Infrastructure and Network Engineer in Tokyo for hands-on infrastructure support and network operations role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, operate, and maintain infrastructure equipment, systems, and network environments across multiple sites
- Provide Level 2 incident and problem support, including technical investigation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Support security and compliance activities, including firmware upgrades, patch management follow-up, and secure configuration practices
- Manage IT assets and support asset lifecycle management processes
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and Group IT stakeholders
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on operational activities and projects
- Take ownership of technical issues and drive them to resolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in network/systems infrastructure and IT technical support
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis
- Hands-on experience in multi-site infrastructure environments; retail experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in IT asset management and lifecycle management processes
- Proven track record managing external vendors and telecommunications service providers
- Experience participating in infrastructure projects and operational support activities
- Native or business-fluent proficiency in Japanese
- Professional working proficiency in English
