LVMH Tokyo hiring IT Technical Infrastructure and Network Engineer. Support multi-site infrastructure, network operations, and IT security. Hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, operate, and maintain infrastructure equipment, systems, and network environments across multiple sites
- Provide Level 2 (L2) incident and problem support, including technical investigation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Support security and compliance activities, including firmware upgrades, patch management coordination, and secure configuration practices
- Manage IT assets and support asset lifecycle management processes
- Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and Group IT stakeholders
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on operational activities and projects
- Drive technical issues to resolution with full ownership and accountability
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in network and systems infrastructure with demonstrated hands-on expertise
- Proven experience troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis (RCA) in multi-site environments
- Experience managing IT assets and supporting asset lifecycle management processes
- Vendor management experience with telecommunications service providers and external IT service providers
- Participation in infrastructure projects and operational support activities
- Multi-site or retail infrastructure environment experience preferred

Minimum 5 years of practical experience in network and systems infrastructure, IT technical support, and multi-site environments. Proven expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, IT asset management, vendor coordination, and infrastructure project participation. Retail or distributed site support experience is advantageous.
