Role & Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of store IT initiatives (store openings, closures, relocations, renovations, pop-ups, and events) from initiation through handover and stabilization.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies and RAID logs; enforce disciplined follow-up and escalate risks appropriately.
- Coordinate cross-functional IT teams (network, infrastructure, workplace/field support, security, applications, POS/payments, telecom) to ensure deployment readiness and technical alignment.
- Plan and lead site readiness, cutovers and on-site go-live activities including vendor scheduling, technician supervision and hyper-care support.
- Ensure technology deployments meet LVMH standards for security, reliability and operational continuity; drive post-go-live validation and transition to support teams.
- Manage external vendors and field services for connectivity, telephony, low-voltage cabling, staging and installation; enforce SLAs, quality controls and SOPs.
- Track project budgets, support estimating and quote review, monitor spend and forecast cost-to-complete while identifying and mitigating financial risks.
- Produce clear stakeholder communications including status reports, executive summaries and handover documentation (as-built, inventory updates, installation reports).
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within retail or client-facing environments.
- Solid understanding of store technology ecosystems including connectivity, networking, POS environments, payment systems and on-site device/peripheral constraints.
- Proven track record managing store openings/closures and multiple concurrent site deployments at scale.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience with vendor governance, field service models and performance management (SLAs, KPIs).
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail, accountability and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel locally/regional for site surveys and key project milestones.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience, with demonstrable delivery of retail store technology projects, multi-site rollouts and vendor-led field services. Experience in luxury retail or multi-brand organisations is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in IT project delivery.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to USD 130,000 per annum.
