LVMH Fashion Group (CELINE) seeks an IT Store Project Manager in New York to lead retail IT projects and store openings; hybrid role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of retail IT initiatives (store openings, closures, relocations, renovations, pop‑ups and events) from initiation through handover and stabilization.
  • Define and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies and RAID logs; ensure disciplined follow‑up and timely escalation to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional IT teams (network, infrastructure, workplace/field support, security, applications, POS/payments, telecom) to ensure delivery readiness and technical alignment.
  • Lead site readiness and cutover planning, including vendor scheduling, on‑site coordination, go‑live support and hyper‑care.
  • Set and enforce technical standards for security, reliability and operational continuity for store technology deployments.
  • Manage external vendors and field services (internet, telephony, cabling, staging, installation, depot and hyper‑care), supervising on‑site technicians and enforcing SLAs and SOPs.
  • Oversee documentation and transition to support teams (as‑built documentation, inventory updates, installation reports, knowledge transfer and stabilization tracking).
  • Support project estimating, quote review and budget tracking; monitor spend, forecast cost‑to‑complete and surface financial risks with mitigation proposals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project delivery, with substantial exposure to retail or client‑facing environments.
  • Deep understanding of store technology ecosystems, including connectivity, networking, POS and payment systems, devices and peripherals.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with structured planning, attention to detail and accountability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Ability and willingness to travel locally and regionally for site surveys, go‑lives and key project milestones.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible IT project management experience, ideally delivering technology projects at scale for retail networks, store openings and omnichannel operations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field preferred; PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 110,000 to USD 130,000 per annum.
