LVMH Parfums & Cosmétiques Deutschland seeks IT Project Management Trainee in Düsseldorf, Germany. Full-time hybrid role in IT project delivery and digital transformation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in end-to-end project management activities including planning, steering, monitoring, and successful project closure
- Contribute to the enhancement of the IT landscape by collaborating with various departments to clarify requirements and design solutions
- Deliver valuable feedback and generate reports that directly influence organizational decision-making processes
- Lead and execute smaller projects independently from conception to successful implementation
- Collaborate closely with the Central IT function in France on strategic initiatives
- Contribute to EMEA-wide PowerApps and PowerAutomate projects
- Support digital transformation efforts across the organization
Qualifications
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable field
- Practical experience in IT or project management through internships or working-student positions (preferred)
- Strong IT competencies and affinity for emerging technologies
- Fluent German language skills (written and verbal)
- Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated soft skills including teamwork, communication excellence, and proactive work approach
