IT Project Management Trainee at LVMH Parfums & Kosmetik Deutschland in Düsseldorf, Germany. Full-time hybrid position supporting enterprise technology projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of project management: planning, steering, monitoring, and successful project closure
- Support the development of the IT landscape through involvement in technical projects
- Collaborate with multiple business departments to clarify requirements and shape solutions
- Provide valuable feedback and create reports that directly influence decision-making processes
- Independently manage and execute small projects from conception to completion
- Work closely with Central IT in France on strategic initiatives
- Contribute to EMEA PowerApps and PowerAutomate projects
- Support digitalization initiatives across the organization
Qualifications
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable discipline
- Fluent German and strong written and spoken English
- Outstanding soft skills including teamwork, communication strength, and proactive work approach
- Strong IT capabilities and affinity for emerging technologies

Experience
Ideally, practical experience in IT or project management through internships or student work positions.
Education
Academic degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable discipline.
