LVMH Client Services in Neuilly-sur-Seine seeks an IT & Projects Manager to lead IT operations, data strategy and AI programmes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a COMEX member with dual operational and strategic accountability for all IT and data activities of the entity.
- Oversee local IT support and optimise on-site infrastructure in line with Group IT standards (cybersecurity, network architecture, modern collaboration tools).
- Define and execute the Data Management strategy: ensure integrity of data flows, design decision-grade analyses and deliver Power BI dashboards for strategic stakeholders.
- Own the CRM and contact-platform ecosystem (Salesforce Service Cloud, Genesys): lead transformation projects from conception through deployment and adoption.
- Lead the IA (AI) programme for Customer Services: collect and formalise business requirements, build product roadmaps, author functional specifications and business cases.
- Manage and develop a team of seven IT experts; cultivate a culture of excellence, innovation and inclusion.
- Accompany and monitor AI solution roll-outs, measuring adoption, performance and business impact while ensuring alignment with group technical teams.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, business school or university with a specialization in IT, Data or Innovation Management.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership, technology consulting or programme management within international organisations.
- Proven expertise in customer experience platforms and contact-centre technologies, notably Salesforce Service Cloud and Genesys.
- Demonstrated experience deploying AI solutions in a customer-service context and translating business needs into product roadmaps and business cases.
- Track record of managing and developing high-performing technical teams and operating at executive committees.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong interest in Green IT and willingness to learn and implement sustainable IT practices.

Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive professional experience in technology leadership, IT consulting or programme management, with demonstrable experience in customer-experience platforms, enterprise data practices and the deployment of AI solutions in service environments.
Education
Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering, business or a related discipline with a specialization in IT, Data or Innovation Management.
