LVMH Beauty Iberia internship in Madrid: 12-month business analytics and marketing support program starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support product launches through market analysis, sales forecasting, and cross-functional coordination
- Analyze product performance, sell-in/sell-out results, competitor activity, and market trends to identify opportunities
- Assist in maintaining NPD data, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting product development initiatives
- Collaborate in the execution of launches, internal events, and sales tools for Retail and HQ teams
- Support the creation of launches and presentations, including updates and translations
- Monitor demos, samples and market requests, and manage updates to sales teams
- Prepare POS materials, delivery notes and price lists
- Support data collection and analysis of sales and performance information
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports
- Contribute to market and competitor analysis to identify trends
- Support the review and organization of project briefings, helping define requirements and objectives
- Assist in planning, scheduling and monitoring project workflows
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university
- Full-time availability for 12 months
- Fluent English and Spanish (C1 level required)
- Strong command of Excel and proficiency in MS Office tools
- Knowledge of SAP environments and Power BI highly desirable

Previous internship experience is a plus; beginner-level professionals welcome with strong foundational skills in business analytics or marketing support functions.
Education
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program; degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Operations, or related field preferred.
