LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics seeks International Retail Project Manager Intern in Madrid, Spain. Support visual merchandising and brand image projects across Europe, Americas, and Middle East.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure correct implementation of brand image standards at retail points of sale across multiple markets
- Support the International VM & Architecture Project Manager with tasks related to visual merchandising and corporate furniture projects
- Create and adapt planogram kits tailored to different geographic markets
- Create, update, and maintain a database of international points of sale on internal platforms
- Coordinate maintenance management for corporate display furniture
- Manage visual and merchandising changes across retail spaces during product launches
- Develop adaptations of global merchandising guidelines for various retail channels
- Manage proposals and requests for podiums, window displays, and trade elements, including specifications, renders, artworks, prototypes, and budgets
- Follow up with external suppliers to ensure successful project implementation across timelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within tight timelines
- Capability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Proactive mindset and strong learning orientation
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required; however, previous internships or relevant professional experience in retail, design, or project coordination will be valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a closely related discipline.
