Role & Responsibilities

  • Support France and international press relations: manage media requests (press releases, visuals), maintain editorial calendars and liaise with the press agency.
  • Prepare and maintain press tools, market guidelines and written presentations for internal and market teams.
  • Monitor and analyse press coverage and campaign reportings; produce synthesis and recommend actionable insights.
  • Coordinate international communications with key markets to ensure consistent deployment of press programmes and guidelines.
  • Support the Bold by Veuve Clicquot programme: coordinate activations in France (pilot market) and assist roll‑out in other markets — logistics, production follow‑up and event execution (masterclasses, dinners, Rencontres Audacieuses).
  • Contribute to content development for market use and France; capture feedback and best practices to optimise future activations.
  • Perform transversal tasks: competitive communications analysis, manage press material stocks, track budgets and act as an ambassador of the Maison with journalists, influencers and VIPs.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme (Master’s degree level) in Communications, Marketing, Business School or equivalent.
  • Previous internship or agency experience in PR/communications or events is desirable.
  • Excellent written and spoken French (native or near‑native) and professional English (reading, writing, speaking).
  • Strong editorial skills in both French and English with attention to tone and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with operational rigor and strong organisational skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous and dynamic with good interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
