Veuve Clicquot — International Press & Bold Programme Assistant (apprenticeship) in Paris: one-year alternance in press relations, event coordination and project support.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle media requests for France and international markets — press releases, visuals and assets.
  • Manage editorial calendars, coordinate press dossiers and support the external press agency.
  • Produce and maintain press tools, presentations and market guidelines for global teams.
  • Monitor and analyse press coverage; prepare reportings and synthesize media results.
  • Coordinate Bold by Veuve Clicquot activations in France (pilot market): logistical support, production follow-up and on-site event assistance (masterclasses, dinners, Rencontres Audacieuses).
  • Support rollout of Bold activations across markets by drafting guidelines and market content assets.
  • Collect and communicate event feedback and best practices; evaluate operations to identify improvements.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and trend sharing to inform communication strategy.
  • Manage press-material inventory and assist with budget tracking and administrative tasks.
  • Act as a Maison ambassador when liaising with journalists, influencers and VIPs.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or holding Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) in communications, marketing, business school or related field.
  • First professional experience in a similar in-house PR role or at a communications agency preferred.
  • Excellent command of French (written and spoken) and professional-level English (written and spoken).
  • Strong copywriting skills in French and English; ability to produce clear presentations and guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects concurrently with operational rigor.
  • Organised, proactive, autonomous and dynamic with strong interpersonal skills.

Experience
