LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks Operational Marketing Assistant in Levallois-Perret, France (Jan–Jul 2027 internship). Support international launch strategies and analyze market performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in the development of comprehensive 360° launch plans in collaboration with internal teams (marketing development, merchandising, digital, training)
- Conduct ad hoc competitive analyses and sell-in/sell-out evaluations with tailored recommendations to support project tracking
- Provide daily market support and operational coordination with international subsidiaries
- Manage operational requests including sample distribution, marketing materials, visual assets, and product requests from regional teams
- Monitor and analyze sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through performance metrics
- Prepare launch retrospective reports (quantitative and qualitative assessments)
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university with a specialization in Marketing or Luxury
- Demonstrated interest in the beauty and fragrance industry
- Prior experience in marketing or the luxury sector (advantageous)
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with rigorous organizational discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent written and spoken English

Entry-level candidates with foundational marketing knowledge or prior experience in marketing or luxury sector are encouraged to apply.

Compensation
