LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics (Madrid) seeks an International Customer Service Intern — full‑time internship supporting commercial and supply chain teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the customer service team with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
- Manage reception and processing of orders, quotes and returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Follow up on incidents and discrepancies between the Commercial and Customer Service departments, coordinating resolutions with supply chain partners.
- Handle customer inquiries to maintain high levels of satisfaction; resolve routine issues independently and escalate complex matters to managers as required.
- Work closely with commercial and supply chain teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and client experience.
Qualifications
- Currently completing or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, International Trade, Supply Chain or a related discipline; Master’s in a related field is advantageous.
- Fluent Spanish and English (C1); French or additional languages are a plus.
- Availability to undertake a full‑time internship for a minimum of six months with a university agreement.
- Enthusiastic, proactive team player with methodical work habits, strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and beauty sector and a client‑centric mindset.

Beginner level — prior professional experience in customer service or a supply chain role is advantageous but not required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in progress or recent graduate in Business Administration, Management, International Trade, Supply Chain or related; Master’s degree considered a plus. University internship agreement required for at least six months, full‑time.
