Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Internal Control / Internal Audit team in formalising, implementing and monitoring risk management and internal control processes across Givenchy Parfums and Kenzo Parfums
- Participate in the Group LVMH self‑assessment campaign (conduct interviews and perform testing)
- Assess segregation of duties and recommend remediation where controls are insufficient
- Draft and deploy procedures and controls, and monitor their application
- Identify and propose improvements to business processes; contribute to operational audit missions
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track controls and key risk indicators
- Prepare awareness and training materials on Ethics & Compliance (PowerPoint) and support implementation of the eight pillars of Sapin II
- Work cross‑functionally with operational teams to embed controls and support process change
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a business school, engineering school or equivalent university programme (work‑study/alternance)
- Very good level of English (written and spoken) for regular contact and reporting
- Proven proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is highly desirable
- A prior internship in internal control or internal audit is a plus
- Interest in information systems (SI) and basic understanding of IT controls preferred
- Personal attributes: curiosity, rigour, autonomy, responsiveness and a genuine interest in the cosmetics sector
