LVMH Holding seeks IP legal intern in Paris (8th arr.) for 6-month internship from July 2027. Support trademark, design, and brand protection across luxury Maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor intellectual property portfolios including trademarks, designs, and domain names in collaboration with external IP counsel
- Conduct trademark availability searches and prior art research for design registration
- Validate new product launches and assess intellectual property risks
- Draft and review collaboration agreements, copyright licenses, and related contracts
- Support pre-litigation and litigation management including success analysis, demand letters, settlement protocols, and document review
- Monitor legal developments in intellectual property law
- Research case law and prepare legal memoranda
- Participate in intellectual property audits across portfolio companies
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a law degree program with specialization in intellectual property
- Strong written communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with legal databases and standard business software
- Fluent in English; French language fluency required
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Skills
Experience
Prior internship experience in an intellectual property law firm or in-house IP department is preferred; entry-level experience acceptable.
Education
Currently pursuing a law degree with specialization in intellectual property.
