Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor intellectual property rights portfolios, including trademarks, designs, and domain names, in collaboration with Industrial Property Advisors.
- Conduct availability searches for trademarks and product names, and research the state of the art in designs and models.
- Validate projects and perform risk analysis for new product launches.
- Draft and review contracts such as collaboration agreements and copyright licenses.
- Participate in the management and monitoring of pre-litigation and litigation processes, including success probability studies, cease-and-desist letters, and settlement protocols.
- Conduct legal watch in intellectual property law.
- Research case law and draft legal notes.
- Assist in conducting intellectual property audits.
Qualifications
- Student in law with a specialization in intellectual property.
- Previous experience in a law firm is an advantage.
- Prior internship in intellectual property is beneficial.
- Organized with strong writing skills.
- Proficient in legal databases and IT tools.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
