Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor and administer on-premises Windows servers and network equipment; triage alerts within SLA parameters
• Own monthly patching cycles and quarterly firmware updates; maintain comprehensive change documentation
• Manage LAN/WAN performance, switch and router configurations, VLAN, IPAM, DNS, and DHCP services
• Administer firewalls (Palo Alto) and VPNs (site-to-site and remote access), enforcing MFA on all VPN sessions
• Oversee corporate wireless infrastructure (Meraki) including SSID configuration, guest segmentation, and access point placement
• Manage Azure resources per tagging and naming policies; enforce cloud security baselines and conduct monthly compliance reviews
• Maintain endpoint security baselines via Intune and Group Policy; audit compliance on a monthly basis
• Administer Active Directory and Azure AD/Entra ID; provision user accounts same-day and manage deactivation processes
• Manage role-based access control (RBAC) and conduct quarterly access reviews; administer MFA platform for all users
• Identify recurring incidents, drive root cause analysis, and manage vendor escalations and IT asset records

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication in English; ability to document technical matters and brief non-technical stakeholders
• Solid experience in Windows Server, Active Directory administration, Group Policy, scripting, and Office 365 support
• Proficiency in network infrastructure, protocols, and enterprise networking support
• Enterprise networking expertise: TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs; hands-on experience with Cisco or Meraki platforms
• IT security fundamentals including patch management, endpoint protection, identity and access management (IAM/RBAC), and multi-factor authentication
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with proactive, self-motivated attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)

Minimum 2–4 years of IT support experience with focus on server and infrastructure administration and support.
