LVMH Fashion Group Japan seeks Infrastructure and Project Manager in Tokyo. Lead IT infrastructure and technical projects across luxury fashion maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance and support of local IT infrastructure in offices and stores, including WAN connectivity, LAN, and Wi-Fi across multiple maisons
- Plan, execute, and oversee IT infrastructure and technical projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder alignment
- Manage and monitor deliverables from local IT infrastructure vendors, maintaining service quality standards
- Serve as the primary local IT infrastructure expert, providing Level-2 support and technical consultation to address business requirements
- Coordinate actions between central teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve infrastructure challenges
- Collaborate with local, regional, and central teams to continuously improve IT operations and service delivery
- Support the implementation of Group and Division cybersecurity strategies under the IT&Security Lead
- Identify, manage, and mitigate IT project risks and issues to minimize operational impact
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, including network support and maintenance
- Proven experience in network and infrastructure management, preferably within the retail fashion industry
- Demonstrated understanding of infrastructure architecture, network equipment, and monitoring processes
- Project management experience with ability to plan and execute IT initiatives
- Interest in and understanding of cybersecurity concepts and their practical implementation
- Excellent interpersonal skills with diplomatic and assertive communication abilities

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, encompassing network support, maintenance, and management. Preferred experience includes exposure to retail fashion industry operations and multi-site infrastructure coordination.
Education
