Role & Responsibilities

• Support central and local Operations, Compliance and Industrial Audit teams on value‑chain mapping and the identification of potential risks (human rights, H&S, environment, ethics), contributing to actionable recommendations.
• Design, build and optimise reporting and visualization tools to track industrial compliance KPIs (Excel advanced functions, pivot tables, Power BI).
• Contribute to the implementation of a supplier onboarding project, including data gathering, process documentation and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct regulatory monitoring (industrial compliance, duty of vigilance) and targeted studies to adapt internal processes and controls.
• Prepare analytic deliverables and present findings to cross‑functional stakeholders, progressively taking on greater autonomy.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master’s programme (Bac+4/5) at a business school, engineering school or university with a specialization in management, audit, internal control, data analysis, supply chain or compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables); experience with data modelling is a plus.
• Practical knowledge of Power BI or demonstrable coursework/first experience in BI tools.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English; Italian is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, high level of rigor, organisation and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with stakeholders across levels and functions; proactive, curious and motivated to learn.

Experience

Beginner level — suitable for a Master’s student. A first internship or coursework in data analysis, reporting or Power BI is appreciated but not mandatory.

Education

Master’s level (Bac+4/5) in business, engineering or university programme, ideally with a specialization in audit, internal control, data analysis, supply chain or compliance.
