LVMH Fragrance Brands — Indirect Procurement Intern in Levallois‑Perret, France. Internship supporting buyers on non‑production purchasing, supplier projects and data analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support an assigned buyer on day‑to‑day indirect procurement activities, including preparation for negotiations and supplier interactions.
- Participate in procurement projects such as the creation and implementation of a supplier catalogue to reduce duplicate supplier creation.
- Contribute to the development of a consolidated sourcing book for factory consumables to leverage purchasing volumes.
- Prepare and analyse data and pre‑contract documentation to inform buyer decisions and supplier onboarding.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to coordinate requirements and ensure service quality.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business school or engineering school with a procurement/purchasing specialization (equivalent to Bac+4 / Master 1 level).
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; ability to manipulate data and produce clear reports.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Rigorous, organised and able to manage multiple tasks; demonstrates autonomy and proactivity.
- Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative mindset and client‑service orientation.

Entry level — suitable for students in their final years or recent graduates with limited professional experience; prior internship experience in procurement is advantageous but not required.
Education
Master-level student or equivalent (Bac+4) in Business (école de commerce) or Engineering with a focus on purchasing/procurement.
