LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks an Indirect Procurement Intern in Levallois‑Perret, France to support buyers on projects, negotiations and supplier catalogue initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support an assigned buyer in day‑to‑day indirect procurement activities, including sourcing, RFQ coordination and vendor follow‑up.
- Prepare negotiation materials and participate in supplier negotiations under buyer guidance.
- Contribute to strategic procurement projects such as creating a supplier catalogue to reduce ad‑hoc vendor creation and developing a consolidated sourcing book for factory consumables to massify spend.
- Perform quantitative analysis and prepare pre‑engagement documentation and reports to inform supplier selection and contracting.
- Manage administrative purchasing tasks, assist with vendor onboarding and coordinate with internal stakeholders (operations, finance, category owners).
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or graduated from a business school or engineering programme with a procurement / purchasing specialisation (Master level / Bac+4 or equivalent).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
- Strong analytical rigor, organisation and attention to detail.
- Proactive, autonomous and comfortable proposing pragmatic improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Open to students or recent graduates; no prior professional procurement experience required. Suitable for candidates seeking a 6‑month internship or a 12‑month alternance placement.
Education
Master's level studies in Business, Management, Supply Chain or Engineering with a purchasing/procurement specialisation (Bac+4 / Master candidate preferred).
