LVMH Fragrance Brands — Levallois-Perret: Indirect Procurement Intern (internship) supporting buyers on indirect purchases, supplier projects and data analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support an assigned buyer across day-to-day indirect procurement activities, including supplier interactions and purchase preparation.
- Contribute to supplier negotiations and commercial follow-up for selected projects.
- Drive projects to rationalize indirect spend, notably contributing to a supplier catalogue and a consolidated consumables sourcing book to standardize and massify purchases.
- Perform administrative tasks and prepare prerequisite documentation for supplier engagement.
- Analyse procurement data to support decision-making and reporting for buyers and the Group Category Manager.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions to ensure service quality and timely execution of procurement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a business school or engineering programme with a purchasing/procurement specialisation (Bac+4/+5).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, notably Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Rigorous, organised and able to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset, autonomy and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Good interpersonal skills and experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders; client-service orientation and team spirit.
