Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver customized awareness tools, practical guides, and training materials on human rights standards for operational teams, human rights correspondents, and high-risk business units
• Actively participate in the preparation, facilitation, and rollout of internal seminars, webinars, and training programmes on human rights compliance
• Contribute to the development, updating, and oversight of human rights risk mapping within the framework of due diligence obligations
• Collect, consolidate, and rigorously analyze quantitative and qualitative data required for Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) compliance reporting
• Track and respond to non-financial questionnaires from benchmarking agencies, rating organizations, and institutional investors
• Provide operational support for coordination of work with external stakeholders, industry associations, and sectoral or cross-professional coalitions
• Conduct proactive legal and regulatory monitoring of national and international legislative developments in human rights
• Analyze the impact of regulatory evolutions on the Group's policies, processes, and operational practices
• Provide methodological and operational support for Human Rights Impact Assessments (HRIA) across the supply chain

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Master's programme (International Human Rights Law, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainable Development, Political Science, or Business School with Human Rights specialization)
• Solid understanding of international human rights standards, corporate social responsibility, and supply chain governance
• Fluent in French and English; Italian proficiency is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities

Skills

Experience

Entry-level or beginner-level experience is acceptable; the role is designed for students currently enrolled in a Master's programme.

Education

Currently enrolled in or about to complete a Master's degree in International Human Rights Law, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainable Development, Political Science, or a business school programme with a specialization in human rights.
