Fendi Australia seeks HR Manager in Sydney for permanent full-time role supporting talent strategy and workforce planning across the luxury fashion business.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary HR contact and strategic partner for all people-related matters across the Fendi Australia business
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure optimization, and operational efficiency
  • Deliver and implement key HR and talent initiatives aligned with LVMH group values and objectives
  • Drive employee engagement programs and translate feedback into actionable organizational improvements
  • Manage and forecast the HR budget in alignment with business requirements
  • Provide comprehensive guidance on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
  • Leverage HR data and workforce analytics to inform strategic business decisions
  • Lead talent reviews, succession planning initiatives, and career development frameworks
  • Oversee the complete employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to offboarding
  • Support employer branding efforts and drive talent acquisition strategies
  • Collaborate on compensation and benefits planning with relevant stakeholders
  • Stay current with market trends, compliance requirements, and HR best practices in the Asia-Pacific region
  • Drive cross-functional HR projects designed to enhance business outcomes and workplace culture

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail, luxury goods, or hospitality sectors
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven track record as a solutions-focused HR business partner
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR systems and metrics
